This class is designed to prepare you for your upcoming spine surgery. Please note that this class is only intended for patients having surgery at Long Beach Medical Center. During this class, you will learn about what to expect when you arrive at the hospital, as well as how to best prepare for your upcoming surgery and what promotes a successful recovery. There will be opportunities to ask questions. You are encouraged to bring a family member/friend that will be supporting you during your recovery. Parking validation will be provided.
