About Me
Dr. Christina Lee graduated from UC Irvine School of Medicine and completed her residency with USC-PIH Health Family Medicine. After more than 20 years working as a physician, she opened her own clinic in 2016 called Majestic Medical Clinic.
She is an orphan and survivor of the atrocious war under the Cambodian regime. Despite the struggles of life, she came to the United States as a refugee at the age of 13 and did not speak English. Her survival, hard work and resiliency add to the compassion and care she provides for her patients each day. She is among very few Cambodian physicians and the only female Cambodian physician in Southern California actively involved in the Long Beach community.
Dr. Lee has won various awards and recognitions locally and statewide, including the 2017 Women of Distinction Award by State Assembly Member Patrick O’Donnell and was recognized by Robert Garcia, Mayor of Long Beach with the Business Award in 2019.
She continues to be active and involved with the community by giving educational lectures and teaching community members the importance of preventive care. Dr. Lee believes it's important for everyone to take the proper precautions for good health, which includes visiting a physician annually.
Most patients believe they do not need to take care of their health if they feel fine, but there can be underlying conditions such as blood pressure and diabetes. As a physician, I deeply enjoy seeing each of my patient's health improving and collaborating with them to be proactive with their health. I am an advocate for my patients and their health and strive to provide the best, individualized care to support a long, healthy life.
Dr. Lee enjoys lake fishing, singing, teaching, volunteering and meeting people in the community. She speaks, reads and writes Khmer and has some conversational Spanish knowledge.
